EXPANDABLE ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS

Expandable up to 100 lbs each

Expandable Design

The Pro 100 EXP is designed to be the last dumbbell you’ll ever need. Perfect for advanced lifters, this adjustable dumbbell can expand up to 100 lbs with the addition of expansion stages (Stages 2-4). Start with the base dumbbells and increase weight in 2.5 lb to 5 lb increments, thanks to the included micro weights.

Whether you are looking to build strength while maintaining proper form or engage in micro-loading, the Pro 100 EXP is your go-to tool for progressive training.

Optimized for compactness, this system reduces the space needed for multiple traditional dumbbells. The magnetic selector pin allows for quick weight changes, so you can transition between exercises with ease.

PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells give you ultimate flexibility and opportunity for your strength workouts. With PowerBlock’s patented design, you can quickly scale up or down in weight to adjust the level of difficulty for any of your exercises using a magnetic pin selector.

Expandable up to 100 lbs for any kind of workout

The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP adjustable dumbbell set starts with stage 1 at 40 pounds with the option to add 3 additional expansion kits to get to 60, 80, or 100 pounds. Scale up or down as needed to customize your workouts.

Save Space

Adjustable dumbbells use significantly less space in a home gym than traditional dumbbell sets. This adjustable dumbbell set replaces a 7-foot rack of traditional dumbbells, taking up just 1.65 feet of space while also replacing 25 sets of traditional dumbbell pairs.

Trusted by Pros, made for you

This pair of 100 lb adjustable dumbbells features a home use design similar to PowerBlock’s Pro 100 Commercial model, which is trusted by professional leagues, armed forces, and elite training facilities worldwide.

Fast, Easy Weight Changes

Quickly put the magnetic pin in to choose the desired weight. Switch from weights between 5-100 lbs (with all expansions).

Versatility add-ons for more exercises

The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP can be converted into an adjustable kettlebell using the optional Pro 100 Series Kettlebell Handle. The EZ Curl Bar and Straight Bar attachments is available for even more versatility
