My husband & I recently purchased a treadmill from Total Fitness. We worked with Craig who asked a number of probing questions to help determine what treadmill would best suit our needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He followed up to ensure that delivery went well, and to see if I had any questions. Should questions, or problems arise, I have every confidence that they will be available, and assist me with whatever I need. This provides me great comfort. Total Fitness works closely with Fitness Solutions, a delivery & repair company of fittness equipment. For an additional fee, Fittness Solutions will deliver your equipment to the room of choice, & assemble it. What a relief to know that the people delivering your fittness equipment KNOW HOW to assemble it. My experience from start to finish was not only stress free, but enjoyable as well.

Great place and Craig very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm always a bit worried about getting sold on something without value for money. We were looking at rowing machines and ended up getting a Water Rower. Store has great layout and selection including home and commercial equipment. Craig is kind and straightforward. He knows the equipment well and provided excellent insight without pushing anything.
