After having an absolutely disastrous experience ordering a NordicTrack (the delivery person refused to go on our road that, as is typical in Vermont... throughout the winter, had a couple inches of snow on it), I decided to go local. I called Nancy, and she walked me through the different treadmills available. She never pushed for me to go with a more expensive treadmill, actually recommending one of the lower priced ones, but I ended up deciding to splurge and purchase a True treadmill. Delivery was on time and efficient. Most importantly, the delivery guys were really nice, clean cut, and professional.
