Tom has been involved in the fitness industry for over twenty-five years as a personal trainer. For the last twenty years he has been using his knowledge as a personal trainer to help people select the right fitness equipment to reach their health and fitness goals. Tom got involved in fitness at the early age of 4 when he began training in Martial Arts and has enjoyed working out ever since.
