The SF6 features a patented quick-change selectorized Smith Bar, a built-in weight multiplier for up to 350 lbs of resistance, dual 165 lb weight stacks, a frictionless 6-pulley cable system with 30 vertical positions, and an adjustable pull-up station. Built from heavy-duty, commercial-grade steel with a matte black powder-coated finish, it’s everything you need for real strength, every day.
The unique Selectorized Smith Bar on the SF6 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There’s no need to load and unload olympic plates to change your weight, just move the pins.
