Total Fitness was founded in 1985 to provide the best fitness equipment and service for New England and New York residents. Our founders believe in the value of exercise to promote health and fitness and are committed to providing products of the highest quality, performance and value. Today, our company has fifteen locations covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and New York. Our corporate headquarters and The Operations Center are located in South Windsor, CT.

Our skilled Service Technicians will install your new equipment and provide documentation and training in the care and maintenance of each piece of equipment. Total Fitness offers manufacturers service contracts for scheduled maintenance.
